I couldn't believe how clean and comfy the rooms were at this hotel, especially the newly redone shower and tub. It was the cleanest room I've stayed in for years, even the bathroom smelled fresh. The location was perfect for my mini trip plans, close to WCU and the National Park. The staff, from cleaning to front desk, were all excellent and extremely helpful. The dining options were good, with a great selection in the morning. However, I did notice a bit of smoke smell in the bathroom of our room, but it was still spotless.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina and offers breathtaking views. The location is fantastic, close to the highway and surrounded by plenty of attractions. However, the dining area could use some improvements as it felt cramped, especially during peak times.
